Here are just some of the additional protocols we’ve implemented to help ensure your safety (and ours):
SCREENING. We conduct routine COVID-19 symptom screening on patients and staff.
TESTING. We offer convenient testing that can be done quickly from the comfort of your car. Our staff is tested weekly.
MASKING. We have adopted policies guided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Masks are provided for all patients. Our staff wear N95 masks and face shields.
DISTANCING. We have adjusted our schedule to ensure time and physical spacing between patients exceeding all CDC distancing guidelines.
SANITIZING. While we are adept at maintaining a sterile environment as a surgical practice, we are using the most innovative technology to create a safe environment for you during COVID-19.
The air in our office is continually treated with germicidal UV-C light and filtered through hospital-grade HEPA filtration units. We also use a state-of-the-art virucidal/bactericidal fog in both our treatment and common areas.
Our staff are regularly cleaning facilities between visits. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout our office.
VISITORS. We have closed our waiting room and are limiting office access to patients and essential personnel only.
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS. We offer virtual visits — meet with Dr. Suchow from the comfort of your home.
